We help people – that is our motto and our mission. Do you want a fast-paced and meaningful summer job where you make a difference for people in unexpected situations? Are you curious about the insurance industry and enjoy finding solutions? Then the role of assistance coordinator at our alarm center might be right for you! You can apply easily and quickly – without a CV or cover letter.

About the position
As an assistance coordinator, you help people who have experienced various types of insurance damages. Most calls concern unforeseen breakdowns during car travel, both in Sweden and abroad. You coordinate and assist our customers with assistance, towing, and other follow-up services. Your main task is to answer the phone and provide support based on each customer's unique needs – just as our motto states: we help people.

We offer you
* An exciting, varied, and developing job
* A dedicated team with supportive leaders
* Nice premises near Mörby Centrum in Danderyd
* A workplace that values joy at work and celebrates successes together
* Salary according to collective agreement and additional compensation for work during inconvenient hours
* Opportunity for continued part-time or full-time work after the summer

Employment conditions
The position begins with an introductory training where theory, practice, and supervision are combined to ensure you feel secure in your new role. Training starts continuously during the spring and into the summer. We want you to work at least six weeks full-time during the summer, which along with the training period means about eight weeks full-time. If you have the opportunity, you are welcome to work more than that. The extent of the position therefore varies depending on how many weeks of the summer you can work.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and enjoys helping people, especially when we have many incoming calls. The role requires you to handle multiple tasks at once while creating a good dialogue over the phone with the customer. You need to be at least 18 years old when the training starts and be fluent in Swedish and have a good level of English. It is a plus if you have additional language skills or experience from studies or work abroad. We also view positively any experience in customer service or telephone service work, as well as interest or knowledge in automotive technology.

It is important to us that you share our values. We care – we are considerate and care about our colleagues, our organization, and the people we help every day. We share – we trust each other, share ideas and knowledge, and achieve more together than individually. We dare – we dare to challenge, think innovatively, and find smart solutions to create the best results.

Our view on diversity
We believe that different experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds make us stronger. Therefore, we welcome all applicants regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The most important thing is your willingness to help people and contribute to our team. To promote a fair selection, we use tests in the recruitment process.

Application and contact
Submit your application via our website: sos.eu/se/om-oss/karriaer (https://www.sos.eu/se/om-oss/karriaer) and answer our questions. You do not need to attach a CV or cover letter as we will send out tests in the first step. We appreciate if you complete these tests as soon as possible.
